Purchases

“SFGCU” JSC purchases grains (wheat, barley, corn, rye, soybeans, buckwheat) under the forward and spot programmes all over Ukraine.

Purchasing activity is carried out on EXW*, СРТ** and FCA*** bases, the transportation of grain is provided by 8 motor and 15 railway forwarding companies.

Currently the customer pool of “SFGCU” JSC is about 1500 of the regular contractors.

Notes:

* EXW – “Seller fulfills his obligation on delivering when he places the commodity at the disposal of the buyer at his own or at other specified enterprise (works, factory, warehouse, etc.)”.
** CPT – “Seller delivers the commodity to the specified carrier”(Seller must pay the costs associated with the transportation of the commodity to the specified destination).
*** FCA – “The seller delivers the cargo, which underwent the customs clearance, to the carrier nominated by the buyer at the specified place”.(The selection of the delivery place impacts on the obligations of the commodity loading and unloading at this place).
